Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Identify target audiences, create compelling content, and manage ad campaigns to attract potential leads.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, optimizing strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and effective follow-up.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM systems to track, analyze, and report on campaign success.
- Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities and benchmark against industry standards.
- Build and manage relationships with key online communities and influencers to enhance brand presence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation through social media marketing (minimum of 2–5 years).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics software.
- Experience with content creation, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and email marketing platforms.
- Creative mindset with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications.
- Certification in digital marketing or social media advertising is a plus.
