📝 Summary


  • Position: Head of Growth for a Saas company selling to online course creators.
  • Your experience: Worked in a Saas company selling to SMBs and scaling to 1M+ ARR.
  • Location: Fully remote.
  • Compensation: € 60k - 100k based on experience (plus profit sharing).
  • Working style: Freedom & responsibility.



🫡 Your Mission


Build a new scalable customer acquisition channel for SchoolMaker.



💻 Your responsibilities


  • Test new marketing channels (cold outreach, partnerships, affiliates, ads…).
  • Scale successful channels (with the potential to generate 20–50 trials per week).
  • Build an in-house marketing team.



💪 Experience needed


  • You’ve worked in growth/demand gen at a Saas company selling to SMBs and scaling to 1M+ ARR.
  • You have built successful campaigns with some of the following channels: cold outreach, affiliates, partnerships, Google ads, Meta ads.
  • You’ve worked remotely and know how to keep yourself productive.
